My first guess would be Cabo San Lucas.

Nope - I'm wrong. It's Spanish for Cape Town, South Africa.

Ciudad del Cabo is called Cape Town in English and Kaapstad in the Afrikaans language.
It is the southernmost big city of the South African Republic.
