give me some tips?

i am going to be the hostess of a laughter challenge show in our school.tomorrow is my audition.
tell me what should i say - some good small jokes ,how to address
the audience and all.

plz be quick.i will check for ans now and then after 3 hrs because i have a test.

i also want to know how should i talk to the audience

i am going to do all this at school.
i am a ix std girl ....Be practical

Once a train was moving on the railway line. Suddenly the train got down from the railway line and started moving into the fields.
The passengers got angry and decided to punish the train driver.
When the train stopped, all the passengers came to the driver and asked:"Why did you take the train off the track into the fields."
Driver: A man came in front and was standing on the railway line.
Passeners: Why did you risk the life of so many passengers in order to save the life of one man.You should have driven the train on that man.
Driver: I was going to do this only but the man ran towards the field.

Congrats for the job. Try to be more friendly to the audiences. Talk to them with your heart in a manner that will not bore them. If you can crack small jokes, it will be suitable for the anchor of the laughter show, don't talk serious matter on the stage, prepare well in advance to introduce the contestants, try to restrain yourself from making comment upon the performance of the contestants, try to cheer up the contestants, don't take much time to talk about you or rubbish.

If the audience is a group of peers, nothing would generate more laughs then going on stage and relieving your gastral impulses. If audience is adults then I don't know what to tell you. Good Luck.

If you need tips here at Y!A maybe you should not go there at all. Jokers usually have a large stock of jokes in their mind and these will be put to use so naturally.

i dont know any jokes.but i can give the guidance to talk to the audience.when u stand b4 audience u think that the people infront u r all donkeys,animals etc.then u r able to talk to the animals.talk how u talk wit ur puppy.

usually the best way to connect with the crowd is to tell a mildly embarrassing story about you. It gives them a chance to relax about themselves by seeing your vunerability and willingness to take someone laughing at you. After that it just flows.
