well of course asking doc is the best advice but as a mother of six i can say i took Rolaids and tums throughout all my pregnancy's and it seemed to be helpful just gave birth via c sec two weeks ago and my heart burn has completely subsided!!!and baby is perfectly healthy!!

Most doctors will typically say no, however, I took them(Pepcid) during my entire pregnancy both times and they had no ill affects. Without them I would have been in constant misery! It seemed like even water could give me heartburn!

yes.. take something with calcium, unless otherwise stated by doc.
