Hey your question is not clear. What you have in mind? You are talking about a file that could be opened only with a password? If yes then what is the form of the file. I mean is it an office document or otherwise. You gotta specify what you need

the quickest way is to zip it up with a password.

There are several other options - Mocrosoft's "personal folder" being one.

There are PLENTY utilities at like download.com or tucows.com
