go out in the afternoon or evening, I always get up early like , 9-10
plus its not a busy time, and I m used to wakeing up early as I went college and had to get up really early so im used to it
but today I couldnt as i felt soo tired , and slept till 12 noon ,
shouldnt be like that, I expect a scheldue for myself
so whats your best part of your day , to like going shopping .and do you sleep long hours everyday I would really like to know

Usually up by 8 because kids need feeding, but I agree, I like to get stuff done early when I have most energy, then slowly wind down during the day, finally relaxing with husband and a glass of wine in the evening.

I'm the same exact way! I love nothing more than getting up at 7:00 a.m. to attack my day before everyone else does. My body is used to getting up very early. My Mom, on the other hand, can sleep until 1 or 2 p.m. and to me, that's just a wasted day. But there will be days when I can't get out of bed (which is very rare) because my body is telling me that it needs rest. Always listen to your body and get rest when it tells you to.

Say i have a couple of days off on the trot. (i wish). I will usually wake up in the early afternoon eg 1pm and probably stay awake till around 3.30-4 am. If theres one time of the day that i cannot stand, even if im in a routine so i cant blame it on being tired, its the morning. Ive always preferred being awake at night. Maybe i was a vampire in a previous life i dunno lol

Are you constructive she's doing that? I be conscious my roommate's IM account bypass on and offline each now and then even as i recognize he's no longer abode or on a pc the position he might want to be making use of IM. possibly she's both having subject matters with this methodology, or for some reason is being immediately signed in....or possibly she's merely being goofy and actually doing it herself. suited thanks to verify might want to be to ask her.

I get up at 5.45am to start work at 7.00am - a long lie in bed is until 10.00am for me
