Everybody is going to tease you. Nobody can count how many brain cells they have lost.
You might get a few cracks about measuring yourself on a scale, and see how much weight you've lost.
I wanted to tell you to hit yourself in the head and count the dead brain cells that fall out.
I think the best way if there ever was, would be to take a CAT scan of your head from one day to the next. That will be wildly inaccurate. It will be comparable to looking at a mountain one day, estimating it's weight, and looking at the mountain the day after, and guesstimating how much weight has changed in the mountain.
