After Joining the territory to China in 1999 it becomes absolutely necessary to have a Chinese tourist visa for Hong kong.Before that it was a British colony and no visa was required.

HONG KONG visa is avilable on arrival u would desire to have adequate money with u to regulate ur expenditures in Hongkong SINGAPORE u would desire to get a visa before u proceed to Singapore

no you need the visa!except for nepal you need a passport and visa to visit an other country.
