There is scientific evidence to suggest that in some people, certain types of food (higher in fat and sugar) produce a similar chemical response as sex.
Additionally, there are a lot of psychological reasons why these people would go for food over sex. Food doesn't judge their appearance, food doesn't make them nervous, a food is easier to get and keep than a relationship.

I think that depends. I am overweight, but I have a boyfriend who still finds me sexy, so I enjoy sex. However, many overweight people have very poor body image (of themselves) and would not want anyone to see them naked. They are very self conscious. I would suppose that a lot of the time if the subject came up they would start feeling self-conscious and awkward and would go home and binge (if that is their habit) so it would appear they wanted food over sex, but really it's a problem with how they see themselves.

Both my husband and I are rather hefty, and if given the chance, we'd spend all day and night in bed... with a meal every several hours or so, and large drinks on the nightstand, to keep us going.
Sex over food by a long shot.

People are more acive when their body is fit
Sex require a lot of energy than many sports
Usually Fat people don't like sport
They will get tired easily

depends if we are talkin kfc or mcdonalds, personally, being fat myself id rather have a big mac, but the zinger burger wud always lose out to a bit of rumpy pumpy
