Hi, I have 4yrs experience in Software testing. I recently started looking for a change and have got offeres from both WIPRO and COGNIZANT. Both are offering the same designation, pay and benefits. Im based in Chennai and the offers are also for Chennai. My dilema is which one do I choose. CTS gives for the first year a joining bonus of Rs50,000 as an extra after 3 months. Other than that there is nothing to choose between them in pay. Both the offices are away from city. Donno which vertical Im gonna join in these companies.

comparitively WIPRO is a company famous than CTS. both of them get the maximum work from you. but personally i feel that u can have a sort of job security in WIPRO.
