I want to send a letter to a different city in florida from where i live but want the postmark to be to the city i'm sending it to

Put your stamped letter inside another envelope and address the second envelope to the postmaster in the city/the post office whose postmark you want. Include a brief note with your request.

Call the post office in that town and ask if they'll do it for you. Address an envelope (with stamp) to the person you are mailing to, and put that envelope in another envelope, with stamp, and address it to "Postmaster.... (the post office in that town) Put the person's name you talked to on the front if they will do you the personal favor. Put a sticky note on the inside envelope just in case saying "Please Mail"
