That depends. Is your friend normally a huggy person, or is it just with your husband. How does the friend act around him besides the hugging.. flirty or normal?
My husbands best friend always hugs me when we see each other and so does his teenage son. My husband doesnt mind .. Its more of a hug you would give your family when meeting.

Not really but If you dont like it you can tell that friend. Say hey *****If you keep on hugging my husband I will feel very upset. I just feel uncomfortable you doing it. So tell your husband also it makes you feel uncomfortable.

if she hugs you as well, then its probably ok, it just means she is a touchy feely kinda gal, if you dont get as many hugs as he does then no, i would probably say something to her, and tell her you dont like it.
