just met him when out with friends and he falls for you, you in no means are looking for anything and don't find an attraction to him how can you let him know in the way you can still be friends

ignore him for some time . if he thinks that u dont have any attraction towards him he'll himself withdraw or maybe try to tell it to u as quickly as he can ,at that time just tell him that u just want a fair friendship .

The best to do is to be honest. He might feel a little rejected at first, but he will appreciate your honesty. When ur telling him dont go around any corners, be straight up; but try not to offend him. Make sure you tell him in the same way you would want someone to tell you if the situation was reversed. If he has any sense at all he will understand, and who knows maybe you guys will end up being best friends.

I'd think the best way is to just tell him you like and appreciate him as a friend, but that there is no attraction for a relationship beyond that. Whether or not he wants to - and can - be 'just a friend' is up to him.
Just make it very clear in a way that he cannot misunderstand you nor nurse misplaced hopes.

Say you are not interested in dating but it was nice to meet him. Don't throw the "friend" word around lightly. It takes a long time to make a real friend and someone whom you've just met is only an acquaintance, not a friend.

Tricky one, but the best one is to keep turning him down, avoid him and if he keeps asking you out keep turning him down - that way no one gets embarrassed and in time you will both keep the friendship.
If he still persists then he is a wa+ker and does not deserve you. Failing that - leave the country uner a false name.
