Either brown or black. But only put it on the top. That will make your eyes look more roud. Don't do it too thick though.

I think you should use brown or black. Do not apply it on the inside/bottom of your lid though! Bobby Brown (renowned make-up artist) as well as every other makeup artist I've read tips on have said it will just make your eyes look closed up and smaller. Make sure to apply the eyeliner to the top lid to open up your eyes, as well as directly under your bottom lash line. I have brown eyes and have tried colored liner, but never liked the look of it, except for dark green, that I do like.

I agree with the first answerer. I have brown eyes, too, so I use the Almay Intense I-Color Set, which includes a dark brown eye shadow strip, a peach-colored strip, and a lilac-colored strip. They also give you eyeliner if you buy the whole set, and it's purple. In the past I have used a sparkly blue liner and it has the same results as the purple.

No problem!Small brown eyes, use a lighter shade of eyeliner(BROWN)apply very lightly to lower eyelids only. starting from just before the middle line of your eye, & continue out to the end of your eye only. Use a light colored base eyeshadow on your lower eyelid, no liner at all, then define your eyes with a double darker shade of eye shadow along the crease of your eyelid, this technique helps open up the eye & give you a fresh look. If you want to go a bit more daring for the night, apply only brown eye liner on the top half, moving outwards on your upper eyelid, then add a black mascara.Should look great.PS...Try different shades of eyeshadows & experiment with a look you are satified with,

White eyeliner is really good at opening up eyes and making them look wider and bigger. You can use black eyeliner on your top lid if you want to make your eyelashes look thicker it creates that illusion, you can use eyeliner on both bottom and top, best way is too experiment and see what you like the best, have fun :)

I've always heard that navy is good for brown eyes. I'm definitely not an expert, but I dont' think eyeliner would make your eyes appear larger.

You could probably get away with any color eye liner. but i would only use it on the top of the lid wich gives the effect of a more open eye you can also shadow in the top lid with eye shadow for a more dramatic effect..some people even shadow a light color below the eye but its not recommended

Blue brings out the color of your eyes. Just use it on the bottom inside lid.

I would go with either black or the purple/plum colors! I have brown eyes and I like to line them with the plum color...it brings my eyes out more!
