Granny's full name was Daisy Mae Moses. She was Jed's mother-in-law and Elly May's grandmother. Jethro wasn't a blood relation to Granny - being from Jed's side of the family - he just called her Granny, like everyone else.
It was Jed and Pearl Bodine who were cousins. Thus, making Elly and Jethro second cousins. Jethro just called him Uncle Jed.
It was mentioned in one episode that Jed's late wife, Elly's mother, was named Rose Ellen.
Obviously, I watched this show way too much through the years.

Jed's wife (Ellie Mae's mother) was dead before the series began. Granny was her mother-figure. Jethro was her cousin. I'm pretty sure his mother was "Cousin Pearl".

Jethro's mom was Pearl. Granny's name was Daisy Moses. (I don't remember if they ever mentioned Ellie May's mom's name.)
