Do you use Yahoo Launchcast? I love the 'My Station' option. A free radio station that only ever plays music I like! You can block every artist you don't like, and once you start rating stuff you do like, it'll get an idea of your preferences and can play you stuff you may not be familiar with but would love!
(I'm not working on commission for yahoo, honest, just love being able to have a station where I can block Shania Twain)!
