The fastest way is to:
1) Grind 20 Garlics into a paste
2) Mix it with 5 table spoon of Olive Oil
3) Add 5 table spoon of honey
4) Squeeze a lemon into the mix
5) Finally, spoon a spoonful in your mouth and suck on it.
6) Do not spit it out, but let the mixture go down slowly.
The lemon and honey will soothe your sore throat, and the garlic+olive oil will give you a breath so wonderful that will keep you from talking and opening your mouth stopping you from coughing.
