Babysitting, mother's helper, dog sitting/walking, lawn mowing, car washing, designing websites, designing posters, selling crafts/artwork, collect/get donated items for a garage sale, eBay (with parents' help there, of course).

It's good to want to earn money and it feels good to save it and watch the total grow!

Whatever would an under-16 year old need the money for? Games? Books? To help the family? I hope it's not for expensive and trendy clothes; it's a rip off! Invest in things that will last more than 2 months. Suppose you rip them? Suppose you spill iced tea, punch or some other permanent discoloring? Please yourself, not friends who won't be around once college begins.

Pick up dog crap. A Colorado woman left her executive job to start her own business, picking up dog crap, something people hate doing. She now brings in over $50,000 a year. If places won't hire you, find a need and create a business from it.

See if your neighbors have any chores that you can do - dog walking, lawn mowing, snow shoveling, window washing, etc. There's also babysitting. At 15, I'm sure a lot of people would love to have you.
