Here's the link, in German, "Kinder Helfen Kinder" means Children helping Children. My German is pretty rusty, but it looks like a Catholic supported mission to get kids involved in helping kids in war torn areas. They raise funds and send supplies, clothing, toys and so on. Apparently they aren't biased, it looks like they are currently helping the Israeli and Hezbollah children.
