Absolutely, Once you download their software and agree to their agreement. At least that's how Walmart Music downloads work. They also give you a license to download the songs, which are 88 cents each. Have Fun and Enjoy

If you are talking about iTunes, then yes you can burn it to a CD, but still you can only play it in iTunes.
