No you cannot sue the beer/alcohol company because you decided to have too many to drink and have your beer goggles on and sleep with an ugly person. That's all your fault buddy and the beer company would win if you try to sue. I just say, deal with it, or next time find a person to sleep with before getting too drunk to where your vision is impaired.

Well, yes. That's the great thing about being in America. We can sue anyone for anything. However, will the case stand in court? I doubt it.
From what I can tell, from all the beer commercials, alcohol gives your attention to hot chicks/dudes. If you sleep with a fugly, it's your own fault.

Oh, I certainly hope so. Nothing personal, but the many times we were together cost me dearly. I would be thrilled if there was some way to re-coup my expenses. No, No, No, dear. I am not saying you are ugly, but why not try for the money? 50/50 sound about right? By the way, do you have my watch and plasma TV?

In the commercial when they say ( Drink Responsibly) They started saying that after law suit threats from me...they were at fault for me sleeping with my little brothers best friends mom, I was 20 and she was 47....I woke up the next morning, looked over,omg I thought I was in a really bad horror film..I was in the shower for at least an hour......sue the hell out of them!!!

Yes they should put labels on liquor bottles. Something like "In the morning the person next to you will be uglier than they appear right now. And they may require removal from you home by police action. Drink responsibly."

If McDonald's could be sued for coffee that was hot, then yes. It is just a matter of having the right attorney and judge/jury.
