If you mean the chat client that lets you use AIM, yahoo, ICQ, MSN and IRC that starts with a 'T' I think you'd be looking for Trillian. http://www.trillian.cc

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but if you're trying to use AIM over the web you could always try Meebo.
