Hartley, Pig, Tortoise, Topoff, Octavia (Pipkins!)
Mary Mungo and Midge
Teddy Edward
The Wooden Tops
Pogles Wood
The Clangers
The Banana Splits
The Herbs ('I'm a very friendly lion called Parsley'. 'I'm Dill, I'm Dill the dog, I'm a dog called Dill, I'm always trying to catch my tail I doubt I ever will!')
The Wombles
Paddington
Camberwick Green
Trumpton
Play Away

I watched all of em and more at one time or another, but somehow my affections lie with Pipkins and Mary, Mungo and Midge.

Roger the Cabin Boy was a myth, as was Seaman Staines. It was Tom the cabin boy. I have great pleasure buying DVDs of such classics for my 4 and 2 yaer olds. The 4 year old, Max, loves Noggin the Nog, Mr Benn, the Clangers, Captain Pugwash and Ivor the Engine. Oliver Postgate is God!

oohhhh I love questions like this it makes me feel young! I loved 'Mary Mungo and Midge' they lived in a flat and thats all I can remember really except that at the beginning they used to pop up and that really scared me! I loved 'Pipkins' I used to watch it when I came home from school at lunchtime. Ruhbarb and Custard was wacky but good fun. Used to hate 'Ivor the engine'!
