Just stop breathing, close your eyes and think about the person or reason you are angry for. If your anger seems useful for you then never calm down with the issue otherwise if it's harmful, automatically you'll cool down. Always think what you are going to achieve from your anger.........

it's very hard, try to calm down. Take a deep breathe and close your eyes. But i don't know if this works, if i get angry on somebody I try to tell him/her all that I'm now thinking(in other words i will annoy the person that has annoyed me), or when I get really angry I go in another room and take a pillow and hurt it, kicking it with all my anger (I'm consuming it), or I go in another room and try to avoid what has made me angry and I stay calm. Sometimes I talk with friends and family and I tell them what has made me angry and what I'm thinking now. it works any of these, but you should try to find your own ways to deal with your anger.

When you are angry shut your mouth and stay calm. Breathe deeply and walk away from the scene. Don't make any decisions when you are angry.
Anger never comes without a reason but seldom with a good one.
