I have emailed them and they are of no help what so ever and i have checked the service status and there are no problems reported in my area ...

I gave them a hard time and they came to the house and did something outside to the box and it's slowed a little but doesn't drop the line any longer, and i made them give me a re-fund for all the time i was unable to access the internet.

And if You have BT get Your broadband Fixed Or changed immediately

Maybe You just have a crap connection either way You need too get it fixed

Are you conected by eithernet or USB cable?

If USB do you have an old PC with USB 1.1 as a fews year back I had the same problem changing to a USB 2 port stoped the problem.

PS if you are on USB change to an eithernet conection

download bt broadband desktop help mine does the same you just got to resart the modem .I put a lan line into the wireless modem as well doesnt happen so much now.

if it drop's it is going to arise with a fault selection call and get bt to restoration it over the telephone relatively elementary mine only droped and it got here up errors 734 it incredibly is customary at time's , so i'm going to get it fastened on monday , elementary only got here lower back to enable you to comprehend it is not fetal

Had the same problem for ages,
downloaded the most recent drivers for modem and it's been fine since.
