I think it has something to do with what you are eating. At some French restaurant I was given snails. I asked what it was and Jose, the waiter, responded "es cargo". Now I don't know about eating shipping containers but I did respond, after looking at the plate, "es no bueno". Es not something I am going to eat. No way Jose. I think talking with a mouthful of snails equates to dirty talk.
