San Diego (Jack Murphy & Petco), Anaheim, Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco (Candlestick & A.T.&T. Park), St. Louis (old Busch), Chicago (Wrigley), New York (Shea), Philadelphia (Vet), Atlanta (Fulton County & Turner) and Florida.
Minor league games at:
Las Vegas, San Jose and Jacksonville

Riverfornt Stadium, Great American Ballpark, County Stadium, Wrigley Field, Comiskey Park, US Cellular, Busch Stadium, Jacobs Filed, Tiger Stadium, Comerica Park, Skydome, Tropicana Field, Ballpark at Arlington, Astrodome.
Minors- 2
Kalamazoo, Fort Wayne

Minor- John Thurman Field (Modesto) and the Stockton Ports field

Shea - 200 times or so
Yankee - maybe 5 or 6 times, I hate that place
Fenway Park - Once
SBC Park - Once
RFK Stadium - Once
Minor:
Boardwalk and Baseball in Orlando, KC Royals team, I dont think its there anymore
Keyspan Park - Brooklyn Cyclones
