With the 11th pick I can either get a RB2 (who may be of questionable value) or get a top notch WR like Steve Smith, T.O. or Torry Holt. If I wait for my 3rd round pick (#30) all the top WRs will be gone. What is the best value at that #11 pick?

You take 2 RBs here. The temptation to take a WR or Manning will be there but since you have one of the end picks, that means you'll have to wait until the end of the 3rd round (18 picks) before you're up again.

What does that mean for you? That means you'll have a 2nd tier RB as your #1 and 3rd tier RB (aka a guy who would normally be a backup to play during bye weeks) as your #2. If you take two RBs at 10 and 11, you'll have two 2nd tier RBs as your starters. These two guys would be good enough to carry the load for your team. There will still be good WRs available at the end of the 3rd round, so don't worry. They may not be studs but they will be good enough to complement your RBs and give you a balanced team.

Negative. 10th pick is not all that bad beacuse you can get get a top ten or nine RB then immediatly get the next best back. If you had the third or fourth pick I could validate taking a WR or QB near the end of the second round but not with the 11th pick.

The best PLAYER around will be a wide reciever but I would go with a running back. Remember, you're going to be drafting last in the 3rd round, not many good running backs there... Take Cadillac Williams or Rudi Johnson if they are still available or Brian Westbrook. I always thought it was easier to find a breakout WR (Santana Moss last year) then a breakout running back. You can get a reliable WR off the waivers if you really need one.

The good answer is two RBs. Standard draft first two rounds draft RBs 3rd and 4th rounds draft WRs the 5th round is when to start looking for your QB.
I would say though that if peyton manning is availible then choose him with one of the two picks. QBs routinely outscore everyone in fantasy points.

usually RB. WRs are always iffy - however if you take a top tier WR maybe you can trade for a better RB later on but in a 10 man league every team is going to be stacked so its likely people won't have a need to trade. maybe go P. Manning if TDs are worth 6pts instead of 4.

It depends on what RB's are still available. If there is still a stud then I would go RB, otherwise grab a top WR and hope a guy like Chester Taylor is there in round three.

i'm gonna supply the red Sox an A- They received 5 of six video games and received both sequence, sweeping the Twins and being now purely 1/2 a sport in the back of the Yankees. Lackey pitched a one-hitter by ability of six innings the day earlier to this and Clay Buchholz remains undefeated, getting into this week with a one million.seventy 8 era. Now they face a weak White Sox crew who might want to take purely 2 out of four against the now overrated Angels earlier they come again abode to play for the perfect 4 circumstances this season against the AL major preferable Indians. edit: i ought to element out that lester is undefeated to boot with a 2.seventy 2 era and an entire sport one-hitter a week and a 1/2 in the past.

Personally I always draft 2 RBs with the first 2 picks. If you are in a point based league, RBs are usually worth their weight in gold due to yardage/td totals.

Get 2 RB's. If you wait till the 3rd round, you'll end up with a subpar RB instead of a good duo.
