Well, Yahoo answers is based on a point system which fits better under an instrumental or operant conditioning. This means you answer and your behavior (answering) is reinforced by getting points. By a Pavlovian or classical conditioning, the behavior "answering" is associated to feeling good (pleasure). This is independent of getting points, so answering itself becomes something positive. So you're not far from the truth!!!
