I need to know because they are charging my checking acc. and i want it stopped and i want my money back

Contact your bank and put a stop payment on all transactions going to the company as unauthorized. The bank will help investigate the nature of these charges and your recovery efforts. Don't sit by and let it continue waiting for someone here to tell you who it is. If the charges are legit you will find out.

It seems I've heard of this before when I worked at a bank. I think it is a collection agency of some kind. They are garnishing you, but if thats what it is they can only do it once every 30 days or something. Its quite a process to be able to do that to someones account they have to go through court and you wouldve had to not show up for the judgement to go against you so hopefully I'm wrong otherwise, you wont get that money back.
