I LIKE TO MAKE VIDEO CLIP LIKE THE SINGERS'S CLIP. BTW, what is the program that the designer who designs to make singers song often use? thanks 4 ur answers.

I don't know, but have you heard of Dreamweaver? That's a good professional program for what you want.

Assuming you are running Windows XP...
You can do this with the Movie Maker program included with XP.
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Movie Maker
Import the pictures into you collection
Drag them down to the timeline at the bottom of the screen
Decide how long you want each picture to display
Put a fancy transistion between the pictures of you want
Select a music file to play in the background
Save it finish project as a movie

If you want a 'real' pro video editing programme 'and' money is not an issue, get Adobe Premiere + Adobe After Effects.

I suggest you try Nero 7 activate it to expert mode and choose Photo and Video for editing images and videos its user friendly and you can play around with your audio files to desired needs.

I haven't done this but I have seen this a graduations they used "Power Point"
