How can you decoupage a plastic switch plate?

Some say to use textile medium, some a decoupage paste. I amreally not sure of which would work and I can not finda any info on decoupage a switch plate. Any help please would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with dresden. Modpodge is the best decoupage medium. Do several coats. Then when it is really good and dry (wait a couple of days) use a spray shelac or varnish to really seal it well.

I've had good results using Mod Podge. As long as you let it dry thoroughly it's quite effective.
