Of course! Nothing is crapper than the Bush administration! It's the most appauling administration of the past 100 years, and I hope the worst for another 100. Bush is the most dangerous WMD on the planet. Prescott's not even in the same universe of crapness.

I'm finding it really hard to answer this one. It's not easy!
I think my answer is going to have to be: Bush is more crap than Prescott, but the Bush administartion is not as bad as Prescott. Bush survives by having intelligent people in the background doing the work for him.
