Lol For Example If You Want to Tell Somebody to Stop Talking ..You Say : Excuse Me Shut - Up !! Like When The Queen in Princess Diaries 1 Said Shut Up ...Its Polite if a Queen Says it ..Lol Or If Your Tired of Somebody Talking and Talking ..And There Very Boring You Say Hmmm Welll Your Boring No Offense ..:D

A polite way to do it would be to start off saying "No offense or anything, but..." Then say as nice as possible, the insult you wanna say to them. (Just a thought)

With a smile on your face. I have a girlfriend the once told me I have the ability to tell a person off with a smile on my face. I do it all the time. They get the message.

Say "I want you to take this is the spirit in which it is meant" and then say something critical. It makes it sound like you like them, but you can still be bitchy.
