Good book/article on instructional design and how to get people to adopt certain behaviours?(affective domain)

Question

Refering to Krathwol's taxonomy, learning in the affective domain. Need to find good reference for developing affective objectives and methods how to achieve them.

My favorite series of books is by Robert Mager:
* Developing Attitude Toward Learning
* Goal Analysis
* Analyzing Performance Problems
* Measuring Instructional Results
* Preparing Instructional Objectives
* Measuring Instructional Intent

Of course you are hearing from a behavioralist here. You want approach behaviors, people adopting attitudes, buying into systems of belief. Ih order to do that, one must believe oneself. You have to show the student that what you are conveying has value to them and to yourself.

Best of luck on that. It is a constant struggle - especially with mandated training.

good judgment is already interior the church. it rather is the church that believes in clever layout. there is not any good judgment in growing to be intelligence out of explosions and random danger. via fact it takes so plenty greater faith to have self assurance evolution than in God, seems that good judgment could learn in public faculties so the scholars can determine the version between religiously utilized undesirable technological awareness and actual medical procedures.
