Long term. Dubai is growing like anything and the world is moving towards it, you can earn back alot of money and get tooo much profit, Remember offices like "International cricket council" and " Telenor" have shifted to dubai. Many people have invested and are getting good profit, well i prefer Dubai as Perfect for investment and if it is longterm it is well and good.
