I am well aware that she is with Jay-Z. So any answer would have to involve dealing with that as well. But that alone shouldn't make it impossible!! C'mon, put your thinking cap on! I'm leaning toward Emma M.s response.

You need to buy celebrity magazines and find out what clubs she goes to and start hanging out at all the places she goes to. It's a long shot, but depending on how successful your hip hop career is, you can always meet her through some contacts you've made. Dunno about the whole 'dating' thing, she seems pretty involved with her work and I guess there is the whole Jay-z things as well! Good luck !!

I think you're half-right... you may be serious, but you'll be seriously DEAD if you actively try to pursue and date Beyonce.
She has a very protective father, bodyguards up the ying-yang and currently dating someone by the name of Jay-Z... not exactly your average choir boy!
You'd be lucky if you just end up with a restraining order.
