The earth spins due to its density; this is a function of gravitational forces. Why it spins the way it does can't easily be answered; it just does. Not all planets spin the same way, however; Venus has a "retrograde rotation", that is, it spins in the opposite direction than Earth

Before answering this try to get a answer from you people.

Is there any relation between the direction of rotation of the earth and gravity, if yes! then why the other planet are still rotating(without gravitational force) and if no, then why earth alone has the gravity force which has all rotational (Milky way galaxy) aspects of the other planets.??????????

All the planets except Venus rotate in a counterclockwise
direction, the same direction that they orbit around the sun...
It is suspected that Venus rotates in a slow counterclockwise
direction because of some ancient collision...

The last super impact that the earth took during it's early life was from a planetesimal about the size of mars. This impact not only set the earth spinning in the direction that it does now, but it also kicked out a large amount of material which eventually coalesced into the moon.

As to what or Whom it was that sent that planetesimal to crash into the earth? Who knows?

it would be very logical to assume that GOD wanted it to rotate this way. or when he created the earth , it began spinning in this direction.
