Well Kane got the mask off and opened this door and pushed the imposter out and closed the door and he was staring and talking to the mask saying like, you are mine now what ever. He had a match with Bigshow so he wasnt really gone..

According to the storyline, Kane beat up on the imposter, ripped off his mask & threw him out of the arena. Prior to throwing him out, he said to the imposter after ripping his mask off, "I believe this belongs to me." In actuallity, the man who played the role of the imposter Kane, Drew Hankinson, went back to Deep South Wrestling, a developmental wrestling territory, to improve on his wrestling skills.

The imposter Kane has been told by WWE that he isn't allowed to be on a WWE program again so he had to leave

He sent fake Kane packing and stole his mask.
In short WWE gave up on the idea after a few weeks. No big impact match, no huge revelations, just a pphhhbbbwwt.

Kane bashed up the impostor and ripped the mask of the impostor saying "I think this belongs to me!!".... Ended there, dumb story though I thought Kane was going to wear the mask again...
