If you hang out with your co-worker, drop by the drugstore when you are with him, say you need to get something. Buy deodorant and recommend it, if he knows he stinks, maybe he'll give it a try.

You can try to use lots of air freshner when hes around and say to him that"Something smeels bad , Do you smell that? and when He is away from his chair spray the chair A LOT so he smells the spray
