if there were two identical twins who moved away from each other when they went to college, the one is now a CPA in a high-profile accounting firm, working long hours in a stressful environment and the other one studied nutrition and exercise physiology and managers the wellness program at a large fitness centre. they are both 30 and are different in weight, the nutritionist is lean and the accounting guy has central obesity, hypertension and problems with blood sugar regulation. because they are identical twins, would you expect that they both have the same health profile?
