Bees come around everyone. Much of how they respond to you deals with your response to them. I've watched my girlfriend, who is allergic, freak out around bees. And guess what - they sting her! If you lash out, and swat, and run, etc., it antagonizes them. Bees won't just dive bomb and sting you like a wasp. If you move fluidly, without frantic movement, you should be okay.

Ask your doctor about carrying an Epi-Pen. If you are wearing any perfume/cologne or anything with a floral extract, that may be the problem. There is still the debate about wearing yellow attracting bees. If they come near you, either move away slowly or just stand still until they check you out. Never swat at them.

First off, carry a bee sting kit. Second, stay calm around bees. Once they check you out and see that you aren't a flower, they will leave.

bees hate loud noises and fast movement. so when one comes near you, don't scream like a idiot and/or run away.
