I used to have this problem - its more common than people realise. Just carry around a family size bag of Mars Bars to trade with the bears and they will leave your beard alone.
Bears are usually happy about haggling and trading, just watch out for the ones with sore heads, as they are pretty short-tempered. I have found Bare Women are the best.

Do a waggle dance through, and then out of, the office. The bees will follow you to the nectar (the nearby pub), and since (presumably) you are closer to bear-size than bee-size, the bears will also be able to see the waggle dance, will become fascinated and will also waggle-dance after you out the door. Not only will your office be free of both bees and bears, you will be bringing inter-species cultural exchange to the bears, and furthermore, you will then be in the pub! It's a win-win situation.

Does your boss want to get rid of them, ie bees. bears. or bosses (assuming your boss belongs to a committee of bosses who seek elimination)
in case it's the bees. i would advice against getting rid of them. there are laws against displacing animals from their natural habitats. The same laws protect the bears. since it's an eco system. you can't mess with them. that leaves us with the clutch of bosses. Believe me there's absolutely nothing natural about them. And since they seem to want it - get rid of them.

Don't be too greedy! Give some honey to the bears, and your boss too! That will make them happy and they will leave you alone!
