What D.V.D region is Uganda?

I'm going to work there and will be watching stuff on my laptop til I buy a T.V and D.V.D player, but I want to get a few things off ebay before I go.
Also any idea if I'll have problems playing my Russian copies there?
I go in less than a week and Iv'e only just thought of this.Hmm.
