I really like the phone but when i put in the 3g sim i get the message insert sim! the phone is unblocked so i can use any other network on it like tmobile, o2 and orange but not 3! any ideas! thanks

i havent heard of this model are you sure its not z520i because if it is then its not a 3g handset

Some phones do have compatibility issues with some sims. If this is the case customer service can let you know and may have a suggestion to get you a compatible sim.
