Better thing is to go for security agency instead. U will get hundreds of Biharis and UP bhayyas to run the show. There is a lot of demand for security agencies now. If u do your job well and pay salaries regularly, u can maintain a regular income.

better you start a 'how to get a job' kinna workshop first... make some potent database and money... then sell it to naukri or monster et all
