I have high hopes for Kuyt.. let's see what happens. Rafa knows what he's doing, and thus far he's making all the right moves.
The final piece of the jigsaw...? Let's hope so. I really hope we can win the Premiership this time, but it's vital to remember that the other teams in the Premiership need to stand up to Chelsea and believe they can beat them, as we have done recently. Plus we need to perform against the weaker sides. If we can start doing what we did in the past - and what Man Utd did in the 90s and Chelsea have been doing recently - and grind out results even when we are playing badly then we have a genuine chance.

He's very good. His technique might not be world class, but he literally never ever gives up and has good control over the ball. He is extremely strong and does not mind cheering on the fans to cheer them on (!? you know what I mean). Being the son of a Katwijk fisherman he does not stop until there's something in the net.
Mr. Fishfinger (how appropriate!): Kuyt only played in the game against Portugal, in which he was "on an island". He never really got a good ball, only one which I admit should've been a goal.

I also believe that Dirk Kuyt is a great asset for us and believe we can now go on to win the premiership - so watch out chelsea cos we are coming for that premiership title..

Absoloute world class. He's been chased by alot of teams for a very good reason. I think we are going to have an unstoppable front line this season.

i haven't really seen him but he wasn't very impressive in the World Cup. I hope he's as good as the dutch make him out to be though, he's their no.1 striker ahead of Van Horseface now so thats good

I'd never heard of him before the World Cup and he didn't play much then.
If he's half as good as Bergkamp then we are on a winner.
