I was a bit skeptical at first because her parents looked pretty guilty on Dateline. At the time I really think that they knew something about it one way or the other. I guess I was wrong.

yeah. I really thought that it was either her mother or her father. Beacuse they had originally said that the paper was from the house and the ransom letter was 3 pages long and how would an intruder sit there in the home and write a 3 page letter. The parents looked pretty suspicious. But now a man says he killed JonBenet and it was a accidental murder.

Yeah..I read more details released today and something smells fishy. Where did this man, who was not working, get enough money to be able to afford to travel around the world as he has been doing? Also, wasn't there something about the ransom note that asked for $118,00.00...wasn't that the exact amount that the dad got in a Christmas bonus? How would that guy know that? And the guy didn't say yet that he actually killed her. He's saying that he was "with her" when she died. Maybe the folks payed him to set this up as a kidnapping. I hope this is investigated thoroughly.

I think it's kind of funny that the "killers" relatives went on TV and said he's never been around that place before, etc. How could he have done it if he's never been there? It's probably a huge cover up, but then again, it could be true. I guess time will tell.

The whole thing is just plain WEIRD! The parents looked guilty as heck and now this guy pops up as the killer...what the heck?

i completely agree...it always seemed like her parents had something to do with it, if not directly, then they knew who it was. its just a shame her mother died before this confession, and will never get to be seen as innocent while alive because i think alot of people put blame her way, even though she wasn't convicted.

I thought the dad did it, quite honestly. patsy looked the sort who wasn't giving it up so I though Papa Ramsey was involved with incest.

I'd also be willing to bet that Thai police find that the suspect was there having his way with children in the lurid child sex-rings.

And besides with all that money they have they did not have a alarm system in there house! come on!!! i am far from being rich and i have a alarm system and them buzzer things for our children's rooms.. If they would have had the right equipment in there house to protect there children none of that would have happened.

yes, i thought they looked like they had something to hide. But i still think the mom is to blame for over exposing her kid at such a young age...it is no big wonder that some freak became obsessed.
