Lady Anastasia is registered in the Cayman Islands, and the registered owner is Aria Shipping Ltd.

I don't think that this can be answered by anyone other than the owner... or perhaps the previous owner. I don't believe there is any public register of "yachts", and there is probably more than one boat by that name anyway.

Well, if you've seen it, stop by and ask. Or call the yacht club and ask. This isn't public information, so you may not get an answer, unless whoever is at the yacht is willing to give it up.
