no they r not. ukraine is located in central europe and columbia is in south america.however by drug trade columbia is the top producer of cocaine and this country keeps getting richer by selling it.ukraine on the other hand is a poverty strickened country as well as most of that area.as for arab influence its very possible that some of the arab world has and is doing business with the south america countries just for the drug cartel.
