I printed out something that had the benefits of a big list of oils and such...so I don't recall where I got this from..but....

Cocoa Butter - $5.85 to $54.40

An unrefined, food grade butter obtained by pressing crushed seeds of the cacao tree, Theobroma cacao. Cocoa butter is a well-known, valued ingredient in chocolate. In cosmetics, it is valued for its melting point, which is close to body temperature, its greasing and lubricating properties and emollient virtues. A compound of the oil phase, it provides skin conditioning and thickening attributes. Widely used in suppositories, skin-care products, bath oils, night creams, suntan preparations, and lip make-up.

COCO Natural 76. A high quality unrefined coconut oil, product of a community-based project in the Philippines. This too is natural oil, extracted from fresh coconut meat without the use of chemicals or high temperature, a derivative technology of the virgin oil process. In liquid form (above 26°C.), it is a water-clear, light viscosity oil with a very subtle coconut aroma. With its very mild aroma, it is especially suited as base oil in flavour and fragrance formulation. Natural emolliency, moisturizing and antioxidant characteristics of the oil make it an excellent choice for uses designed to rejuvenate the skin. Food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical use.

I use it on hair and skin....great for stretch marks...but also...very good for african american hair..there are a ton of recipes online...If you need more info. email!

Despite all the millions companies pore into advertising and making us believe their products are better than other, in my experience almost all moisturizers are the same.
Palmer's Cocoa butter is a bit creamier, if that's what you like, and keeps you're skin moisturized a bit longer than less "creamy and buttery" products.
But in the end it's no better than other products for the same price, so only use it if you personally prefer it.

Not everyone agrees on this, but I've used it after having my babies and it helped to get my skin back in shape and reduced stretch marks. Great moisurizer!
